How much can I earn per event?

Hosts earn a revenue share from ticket fees, memberships sold at the event, and swap add-ons. Most first-time hosts earn between $50 to $100 for their debut event, with repeat hosts earning more as their swaps and memberships grow which is recurring revenue.

What exactly does the Swap Society handle?

If needed we help you find a venue. We build your event listing, run the marketing targeting a local audience, using our WhatsApp communities, city based online groups, email newsletter, and on our social channels. We provide signage and check-in materials, a membership sign up process, and membership portal, manager member perks and benefits, process automatic payouts to you, and give you a step-by-step host playbook. We also recruit volunteers, and confirm sponsors and vendors. After the swap we follow up, and create media assets from your content. You show up and run the room.

Do I need experience organizing events?

No experience required. Our playbook walks you through every step, and our team is available for support before and during your event.

How often can I host?

As often as you like. Many hosts run a swap monthly or quarterly. The more you host, the more your local community and your earnings grow.

Is there a cost to apply or host?
